Delivery time in Australia is usually within 3-5 business days. For all other locations, please contact us.
All orders are usually dispatched next business day after your order is placed and shipped from our Sydney Warehouse.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your OZoola product, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange/refund. The request must be sent within 21 days of purchase, in order to be eligible of exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns unless the return is the result of item error on our part.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under all other circumstances.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.

For customers outside of Australia. In the event that you are required to pay for taxes, import duties etc. The customer is expected to cover these costs.
